Housework has generally always been known as a woman's job. There have been umpteen arguments between the sexes over this subject and it seems almost certain these will continue.
I got a huge laugh out of this timely tale at one of our regular 'girls nite outs' - I know this will put a smile on your face as well.....if you are a woman that is!!
One evening, Jenny arrived home from work to find the children bathed, one huge load of laundry in the washer and another in the dryer.
Dinner was on the stove, and the table was set.
To say the least, Jenny was astonished!
It turns out that earlier that day, Ralph had been reading an article that said, 'All Husbands should be aware that wives who work full-time and have to do their own housework are going to be too tired to have sex.'
The night went very well. The next day, Jenny told her girl friends at the office all about it. 'We had a great dinner. Ralph even cleaned up the kitchen'. 'He helped the kids do their homework, folded all the laundry and put it away. I really enjoyed the evening.'
'But what about afterward?' asked her friends.
'Oh, that . . . Jenny giggled, Ralph was too tired.'
